The Amazing Journey of a Shoebox Gift Begins with You.
 Hope Lutheran Church supports Operation: Christmas Child, a project of Samaritan’s Purse by buying school supplies and other needs for boys and girls around the world – all put into a shoebox. To continue to support this project, we need someone to “champion” this project. If you will serve in this way, please contact Sharron Sheridan, Stewardship Chair. We want boys and girls around the world to know that God loves them and has not forgotten them. Children need great joy. Most of all, they need the hope found only in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Information on what to include in a shoebox or to fill a shoebox online is available at the Samaritan’s Purse website: www.samaritanspurse.org.

Share the Warmth

Hope Lutheran Church shares in serving our homeless community on the first and third Wednesday of every month. They prepare the evening meal, visit with guests and spend the night with them. For more information on how to serve those less fortunate in our midst, email Joann Wachter.

hope women in mission

Hope Women will meet Sunday, April 14, at Noon to continue/conclude our study, “Strong and Courageous.” We start with a light lunch. We will also firm our plans for our Mother/Daughter Event and our participation at the District Convention in June.

Are you remembering your Secret Sister? Pray for your Sister daily and remember her regularly with a note. This pleases our Lord and strengthens our relationship with Him and with our fellow believers.

Weekly Bible Studies

Women's Bible Study meets each Monday at 6:30PM at the church. All women are cordially invited.
Gentz Group Bible Study meets Tuesday at 9:30AM. Interested in participating or have questions? Contact Joann Wachter
Pastor Paul's Bible Study meets Wednesday evenings at 6:30PM at the church.

Food Pantry

Our community food pantries continue to minister to more and more families and are low on supplies. Please bring in non-perishable food items and toiletries so that we can continue to help these food pantries.
Your items can be placed behind the Welcome Center in the church lobby.

College & Military Ministry

We are constantly collecting items to be sent to college students and military personnel on a regular basis.  Anyone can be a part of this ministry by simply  bringing items to church and putting them in the designated box in the lobby.
