Share the Warmth

Hope Lutheran Church shares in serving our homeless community on the first and third Wednesday of every month. They prepare the evening meal, visit with guests and spend the night with them. For more information on how to serve those less fortunate in our midst, email Joann Wachter.

The year begins at 1/1/2026 at 12:01 a.m. and ends at 12/31/2026 at 11:59 p.m. If you need assists on being sneaky, let Mary or Sharron know or another sneaky friend. Enjoy. It was a blast to find out who had who for 2025.
If during the year you find that you are unable to stay in touch with your Secret Sister to let her know you are thinking of and praying for her, let Mary or Sharron know. We will assist you.

enduring faith

Our Sunday morning Adult Bible Class will be watching and discussing videos on the life and work of Martin Luther during November. This class will meet in the sanctuary.

The 5 x 5 x 5 New Testament Bible Reading Plan is an easy-to-take first step for those who want to build Bible reading habits but have trouble finding the daily time.
We hope the 5 x 5 x 5 New Testament Bible Reading Plan will continue to grow your hunger and love for God’s Word.
To start the New Year 2026, individually or as families, the 5 x 5 x 5 New Testament Bible Reading Plan guide will be offered in “The Messenger” each month as well by hard copy in the lobby.

Food Pantry

Our community food pantries continue to minister to more and more families and are low on supplies. Please bring in non-perishable food items and toiletries so that we can continue to help these food pantries.
Your items can be placed behind the Welcome Center in the church lobby.

College & Military Ministry

We are constantly collecting items to be sent to college students and military personnel on a regular basis.  Anyone can be a part of this ministry by simply  bringing items to church and putting them in the designated box in the lobby.
